She moved into e-commerce as Sales Director in Netretail Holding, managing activities of&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/mall.cz\/\">Mall.cz<\/a>&nbsp;in five European countries. From 2013 to 2023 she served as a CEO of&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/czc.cz\/\">CZC.cz<\/a>&nbsp;e-shop. In parallel, she also led Mallgroup transformation as regional director for Slovenia and Croatia between 2019 and 2021. In 2017, Jitka was selected as one of the top three female managers in Hospodarske Noviny\u2019s prestigious survey. Since 2017, she\u2019s also consistently placed among the Forbes magazine\u2019s most influential women in Czech Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe results of my work are as good as my team\u201d says Jitka about her position in senior management. \u201cMy professional career has developed in decade-long periods. The first ten years working with the Japanese management when leading Panasonic on the Czech and Slovak market taught me foresight and anticipation of dealing with colleagues with different mentality and set of values. That served me well during the second decade, when I was responsible for 26 countries at Philips. These ten years gave me the ability of actually leading teams with different mentalities towards a common goal. The last decade in CZC offered me incredible room for creativity and ability to act \u2013 without large capital injections, but also without restrictive rules.
